Founder & Chief Engineer
Head of systems integration at Medulla, Kurt works directly with clients to develop manufacturing systems that are Medulla capable and ready. Delivering solutions that range from complete turnkey setups to supporting clients to integrate systems themselves, Kurt helps manufacturers do what they do best - make great products.
Away from the challenge of systems integration, you’ll find Kurt heading out on his motorbike on weekends along the coast or huddled around a campfire with his son, surviving on burnt marshmallows and beans.

Neil Baker
Founder & CEO
With extensive experience in the development and manufacture of high-tech products for highly regulated markets, Neil is firmly focused on quality control and data driven insights. Neil helps manufacturers take the next step in production, analysing data to accelerate decision-making and setting up their business for future growth.
When not helping clients mull over their data, you’ll find Neil enjoying the great outdoors, either camping and surfing around Australia (in between wine tastings) or skiing the Rockies in his native Canada.
